  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 2 oz warm water
  • 6–8 oz milk of choice
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp of honey or maple syrup for sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Sift matcha into a mug to prevent clumps
  2. Add warm (not boiling) water
  3. Whisk until smooth
  4. Heat and froth milk, then pour over matcha
  5. Sweeten to taste
